Mark Larson
Mark Larson is the Commissioner of the Department of Vermont Health Access (DVHA). The Department administers Vermont’s public health care programs. It also is responsible for the development and implementation of Vermont’s health insurance exchange and Green Mountain Care, Vermont’s universal health care program. Prior to being appointed Commissioner by Governor Shumlin, Mark was a member of the Vermont House of Representatives serving as the Chair of the House Health Care Committee. He also previously served as Vice Chair of the House Appropriations Committee and Co-Chair of the Vermont Commission on Health Care Reform.
