Sally
Fogerty, BSN, Med, is the former Associate Commissioner Massachusetts
Department of Public Health, Center for Community Health and Bureau Director of
the Bureau of Family Health and Nutrition. Ms. Fogerty is currently the
Director of the Children’s Safety Network and a Senior Program Planner at the
Education Development Center. She has been involved in the development of
comprehensive program initiatives across the life span, integration of
preventive and health promotion strategies into the established medical service
system to promote the development of a comprehensive system of care for women,
men, children and adolescents, elders, racial and ethnic minority and other
special community-based populations setting of policies, and overseeing
multiple statewide initiatives and programs related to perinatal, early
childhood, and children and adolescents including school health.
