Nicole
Ravenell is President and CEO of the Southern Institute on Children and
Families and provides leadership for all initiatives. Ravenell has 18 years of
public policy experience on the well-being of children and families. Ravenell
managed and provided policy consultation to 51 statewide projects and more than
140 local projects as Policy Deputy Director for the Covering Kids & Families national initiative. Ravenell provides
consultation to public and private agencies on Medicaid and SCHIP policy. Ravenell
earned a Master of Public Policy Degree from the University of Chicago and a
Bachelor of Arts Degree from Temple University.
