Jack Tiner
Jack is a Program Administrator with the Arkansas Department of Human
Services, Division of Aging and Adult Services. His main focus is on program
and policy development for participant-directed programs for persons with
physical disabilities and the elderly. He specifically works with
IndependentChoices, a Cash and Counseling program. He is also working on a new
Home and Community-Based Waiver which will assist nursing home patients in
transitioning to the community, and once home, will provide the participant
with options of both traditional and participant-directed services. Jack has
worked for the Arkansas Department of Human Services for the past 24 years. His
main area of expertise has been in Medicaid eligibility.
